 Making Bellam Pootharekulu 

A thin layer of rice batter is spread over a hot upside-down pot to make very thin see-through sheets. After drying, the sheets are gently removed and put to the side. Every piece of rice paper is spread out covered with clarified butter, and topped with finely shredded jaggery.

The ghee helps the jaggery stick to the sheets and makes the taste better. The sheets are piled up and folded neatly into square bundles.
